This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through ritualnorth.co (the “Website”). By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

3. Return Eligibility

You may return most products within 14 days of delivery if they meet these conditions:

  • Unused & Undamaged – Item must be in the same condition received.
  • Original Packaging – Item must include original packaging, labels, and tags.
  • Proof of Purchase – Receipt, order confirmation, or proof of payment required.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us at support@ritualnorth.co within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and reason for return.
  • If approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

Important: Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility – You pay return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Trackable Service Required – You must use a trackable courier; we are not responsible for lost return packages.

6. Refunds & Conditions

  • Inspection – Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Processing Time – Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
  • Bank Timelines – Depending on your bank/issuer, refunds may take additional time to appear.
  • Partial Refunds – May be issued if:
    • Item is returned late.

    • Item is not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.


7. Specific Situations

  • Change of Mind – Eligible if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Restocking fees may apply.
  • Defective or Damaged Goods – Must contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund (including shipping).
  • Incorrect Product Received – Contact us immediately. We will arrange return shipping and send the correct item at no extra cost.
  • Product Never Arrived – Contact us if your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe. We will investigate with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund if lost.
  • Order Cancellation
    • Before shipment: Eligible for full refund.

    • After shipment: Treated as a return.


8. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, or customization reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, supplements, botanicals)
  • Intimate or sanitary products (e.g., underwear, swimwear, opened personal care)
  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products

9. Exchanges

We replace defective, damaged, or incorrect items at no cost.

  • If requesting an exchange for non-defective items, customer covers return and reshipment costs.
