3. Return Eligibility
You may return most products within 14 days of delivery if they meet these conditions:
- Unused & Undamaged – Item must be in the same condition received.
- Original Packaging – Item must include original packaging, labels, and tags.
- Proof of Purchase – Receipt, order confirmation, or proof of payment required.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@ritualnorth.co within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
Important: Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility – You pay return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Trackable Service Required – You must use a trackable courier; we are not responsible for lost return packages.
6. Refunds & Conditions
- Inspection – Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the return.
- Processing Time – Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
- Bank Timelines – Depending on your bank/issuer, refunds may take additional time to appear.

7. Specific Situations
- Change of Mind – Eligible if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Restocking fees may apply.
- Defective or Damaged Goods – Must contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund (including shipping).
- Incorrect Product Received – Contact us immediately. We will arrange return shipping and send the correct item at no extra cost.
- Product Never Arrived – Contact us if your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe. We will investigate with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund if lost.

8. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, or customization reasons, the following cannot be returned:
