2. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic (U.S.): We ship to all 49 mainland states.
  • Future Expansion: We are continually working to expand our shipping destinations. Please check back regularly for updates.


3. Shipping Costs

  • U.S. Domestic Orders
    • Free standard shipping on orders over $50.

    • Flat rate of $5 for orders under $50.

    • Expedited options available at checkout.

  • International Orders
    • Flat rate: $15.

    • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees imposed by their local government.

  • Transparency
    • All shipping costs are displayed at checkout. No hidden fees.


4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST begin processing the same day.
  • Weekend and holiday orders process the next business day.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (U.S.)
    • Standard: 3-5 business days

    • Expedited: 1–2 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or weather conditions.


6. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery:

  • Domestic: USPS, UPS, FedEx

Every order includes tracking and shipment insurance.


7. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with:
    • Your tracking number

    • Carrier details

    • A direct tracking link


8. Delivery Issues

8.1 Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us immediately at support@ritualnorth.co or (302) 251-1951.
  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order:
    • Confirm your shipping address.

    • Check with neighbors or building management.

    • Contact us for further resolution.

8.2 Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged:
    • Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged items.

    • Contact us within 7 days at support@ritualnorth.co.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Missing Items

  • Report missing items within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and details of the missing item(s).
  • We will ship the missing item(s) promptly or issue a refund.

10. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Exclusions: Personalized or perishable goods are non-returnable.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover return shipping.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item, to the original payment method.

11. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
    • We will contact you to arrange reshipment.

    • Additional shipping charges may apply.


12. International Customs & Duties

  • Customs clearance can cause delivery delays beyond our estimates.
  • Import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Customs policies differ by country—please check with your local office.
